provide this website free of charge to its viewers and members.
In exchange for use of this site including its bulletin boards, users

Spam of any sort will not be tolerated within the forums
and will be immediately removed. Warnings may or may not be given
and the poster may or may not be banned immediately. |

Users agree not to post information or solicit
information that would be considered unlawful. Examples of this
include but are not limited to libel; slander; creation or sale of
firearms, bombs, drugs, drug paraphernalia and similar items. |

Coupon Trades, Freebies, Sales, Ebay Auctions, and
similar. HN is not responsible for the transactions that may
arise of this sort in our forums. Users conduct these
transactions at their own risk. HN merely provides a place to
facilitate the process and nothing more. |

While users are permitted to post graphics, all posted
graphics must be owned by the user or used with permission.
Graphics must reside on a server to which the owner has permission to
link. Graphics must be in good taste, not considered
pornographic, and must not contain foul language.
Furthermore, avatar
graphics can be no larger than 100 x 100 pixels. While our
program will shrink any graphic to that size, it is expected that the
original be that size to allow for faster page downloads.
We reserve the
right to change these allowances and/or revoke the ability to use
graphics within our forums at any time.
